This executive brings a strong estimating and drafting (Architectural / Structural) background within the residential market. Excellent attention to detail ! Enjoys working autonomously.

With considerable time within the Roof Truss and Wall framing industry, this executive has now spent 3 yrs within a Residential building company completing a full and varied role from Designing, Drafting, and Estimating and also as a hands on Carpenter.

Duties include ;

• Design, draft and prepare structural and architectural drawings for new homes, extensions and
  renovations.
• Liaising with clients and builder to troubleshoot cost effective outcomes for new homes,
  extensions & renovations. This could include architectural design issues, concept designs, final
  finishes or addressing structural issues that may affect the final desired outcome.
• Full quantity take-off for extensions, renovations and new homes.
• Set up fully function quotation spreadsheets in Excel.
• Ordering of materials as required per job.
• All carpentry duties relevant to extensions, renovations and new home construction.
• Occasional supervision of job sites.
