Reporting into the Operations & Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for  the successful delivery of projects across Australia – on time and to budget.  Projects will vary in size and complexity (multi million‘s).  You will be required to take on projects throughout Australia and be required to travel and manage the process from start to completion……..involving planning, scheduling and co-ordination of contractors and subcontractors, as well as materials and resources required on site, problem solving, liaising with the Customer and internal personnel as required - as well as involved in the commissioning and service throughout the warranty period. 

Ideally you will have a “hands on” engineering background (trade or tertiary qualifications) and a background in project management within the construction materials (asphalt, quarry) or materials handing / mineral processing sectors. Ie understand production, plant and equipment, site construction and servicing.   Further you will demonstrate:  excellent people management and project management skills, possess strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal capabilities, be practical, pragmatic,  and solutions oriented. Travel required. Excellent career path.  Salary commensurate with experience.
